Chega esta época do ano e fazemos o famoso balanço… e a Simone insiste em perguntar o que fizemos? Sempre fui, sou, uma pessoa que se cobra muito e responderia antes que não fiz nada. Ou que não me dediquei o suficiente, não produzi o suficiente, não fui presente o suficiente, não me diverti o suficiente, não ganhei dinheiro suficiente ou não fui feliz o suficiente.

Mas pensando muito sobre o assunto, mais anos de terapia e mais um pouco de maturidade, respondo hoje que fiz o que deu. Nada mais, nada menos. O que consegui, com as ferramentas e possibilidades do momento. Essa síndrome da ‘senhorita perfeitinha’, me acompanha desde muito cedo e isso só traz frustação, porque quem é perfeito minha gente?!

Podemos achar que fulano tem uma vida assim ou assado, é feliz ou faz tudo certo… mas não estamos lá pra saber como é estar na pele dela. Ou seja, não existe esse lance de ser suficientemente bom, certo ou perfeito… existe ser o que somos, possíveis, imperfeitos, e merecedores do nosso próprio respeito! Porque estamos fazendo um ótimo trabalho, ok!?
